Yes, of course. We ship to most countries worldwide.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
We process your order within 1-3 business days after it is placed. For personalized products, processing time is 5-8 business days.
The stated delivery times are based on average shipping transit times and are given in business days; weekends and public holidays are excluded.

When is delivery usually made?
Delivery is generally made during local post office business hours — Monday to Saturday between 9 and 17.

How much are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping is free worldwide.

Can I change my shipping address?
We process orders very quickly, so changes may no longer be possible after the order has been placed. If you would like to request a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@studiosflora.de, ideally before the order has been confirmed.

Will I be informed about the status of my shipment?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email with a link to your order summary.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive another email with your order number and a tracking link where you can view the current status.
