Terms of service

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These GTC apply to all orders placed via our online shop and are directed exclusively at consumers. A consumer is a natural person who enters into legal transactions for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons acting in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity. Please note that non-compliance with these GTC constitutes a breach of contract, which may result in the refusal of returns or replacement deliveries. We ask you to first resolve issues directly with us before contacting payment service providers such as PayPal or Klarna.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
By listing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract. You can place the products in the shopping basket without obligation and change your entries at any time before completing the order. The contract is concluded when you click the order button. After submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please note that our legal notice does not serve as a return address. Our 30-day money-back guarantee does not replace the statutory right of withdrawal. For general returns due to dissatisfaction, a 14-day right of return applies. Outstanding payments must be paid immediately and within up to 7 days. IMPORTANT:
The delivered goods may differ from your order in the size label, as we use international sizing. This deviation affects the designation only, not the measurements. The stated measurements are always correct and match regardless of the size label.
Example: You order 3XL but receive 2XL - this is the same size with identical measurements, only with a different international designation. Do not worry: you will always receive exactly the measurements or size that you ordered.

Default of Acceptance, Refusal of Acceptance, and Failure to Collect: (1) If the customer does not accept the goods despite proper delivery or refuses acceptance, or if a shipment is not collected within the respective collection period after delivery to a parcel shop or delivery service, the customer shall be in default of acceptance pursuant to Sections 293 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB). (2) In the event of default of acceptance, the seller is entitled to demand compensation for the actual additional expenses and damages incurred as a result pursuant to Sections 280, 281, 304 BGB. (3) This includes in particular: shipping costs for dispatch and return of the goods in the amount of 9,99 €, insofar as actually incurred or reasonably charged as a flat rate in this amount and unless lower damage is proven, processing and reversal costs, in particular for inspection, system processing, restocking and administrative handling in the amount of 5,00 €, insofar as actually incurred or reasonably charged as a flat rate and unless lower damage is proven, actually incurred customs, import or import handling costs within the scope of international shipping, necessary storage costs insofar as return transport or renewed utilization of the goods is required. (4) The seller is furthermore entitled to claim the proven purchase price of the goods (value of the goods) as damages insofar as the goods are permanently lost, become economically unusable, or can no longer be utilized as a result of the refusal of acceptance, failure to collect, or other breach of duty by the customer, in particular in the event of disposal, destruction, or loss in the course of the return process. (5) The customer is expressly permitted to prove that no damage or significantly lower damage has occurred. (6) Any fees actually incurred through payment service providers (in particular chargeback, transaction, or processing fees charged by PayPal, Klarna, or comparable providers) shall be borne by the customer insofar as these are actually incurred by the seller in connection with a justified reversal due to default of acceptance and are not contractually excluded.

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is German. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

We offer free shipping to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Shipping is carried out exclusively by post; self-collection is not possible. Deliveries to parcel lockers are excluded. If an order is nevertheless addressed to a parcel locker or an incorrect delivery address leads to non-delivery or return, we charge a shipping fee for redelivery, the amount of which depends on the parcel weight. Important: Refusal of acceptance does not count as a return and does not entitle you to a refund. Parcels that are deliberately not accepted will be destroyed; the purchase amount remains due in full.

5. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in our shop:

If PayPal issues a refund despite proper delivery or a return being refused by the customer, the full amount must also be repaid.

Please note that if a dispute is opened by the customer with Klarna, an additional processing fee will apply regardless of the outcome. 6. Retention of Title

7. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. In the case of used goods, claims for defects are excluded after one year from delivery. Further limitations do not apply to claims arising from damage to life, body, or health or in the case of intentional breach of duty. Damage caused by improper use, natural wear and tear, or insufficient care is not covered by the statutory warranty. This includes in particular external influences such as contact with water, sweat, sunlight, or chemical substances (e.g. perfume, creams, or cleaning agents). Our legal notice refers to an online service used in each country individually. Please note that improper handling may alter the colour of an alloy. This does not constitute a defect within the meaning of the warranty and does not give rise to any claim for liability against the seller. Digital products, in particular e-books, are excluded from exchange and refund. Upon completion of the purchase and provision of the download, the customer expressly agrees that performance of the contract begins and that the right of withdrawal for digital content expires. If the customer is provided with a free e-book as part of an order (e.g. as a gift, bonus, or free add-on from a certain order value) and the main order is subsequently returned, refunded via the payment provider, or payment is refused, the regular retail price (RRP) of the e-book will be charged in full. This applies once the digital product has been provided or downloaded. The offsetting or subsequent charge is binding and independent of the outcome of the refund of the main order. Warranty applies only if a verifiable defect already existed upon receipt of the goods. In addition, we point out that colour and lighting conditions in images may differ from the actual representation - such deviations do not constitute grounds for complaint.  The contract is concluded with gnbos limited gbnos limited, flat 2304, 23/f ho king comm centre, 2–16 fa yuen street, mong kok. Our goods are shipped to the customer from Asia. We are not a German company and have no location in Germany; this can be verified using the respective tracking number. Returns must be sent to the respective warehouse from which the goods were originally shipped. In the event of an approved return, the buyer undertakes to pack the parcel securely and send it to our warehouse. The costs of return shipping are not borne by us. By making a purchase, you accept our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as well as the right of withdrawal.

8. Liability
We are liable for damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents without limitation in the event of injury to life, body, or health as well as in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage. Returns are possible within 30 days, postage is to be paid by the buyer.

9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: ODR platform. We are prepared to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure before a consumer arbitration board. The competent body is the General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Centre for Arbitration e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.consumer-arbitrator.de.
