Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (Flora Studio) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email to support@studiosflora.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

Upon receipt of the goods, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to the respective product warehouse without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. If you withdraw from this contract, the return shipment is to our International Asia Warehouse, and you shall bear the costs thereof. Our legal notice does not serve as a return address; please contact our Support for this. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is attributable to handling them in a manner not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. 

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive;
  • for the supply of goods that can deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly;
  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time the contract was concluded, but which can be delivered no earlier than 14 days after the contract is concluded;
  • for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

  • for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • for the supply of goods which, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
  • for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery;
  • for declarations of withdrawal sent more than 30 days after the order.
